Cost me upfront rental with no reimbursement due to slow processing and approval. They will only approve 2nd rate parts with no warranty.
So if in a month the same problem occurs you have to pay another deductible. Customer service is horrible due to they must have to read from a cue card. Every time you want to talk to a manager they seem to be the manager. I have dealt with many warranty companies and this one is by far the worst.
So if you want to come out of pocket for repairs and buy a warranty that covers crap parts this is the company you want to go with. If not get insurance somewhere else
